These ministries are responsible for the physical and financial needs of the parish.

Finance Council

The finance council oversees the business, personnel, and property management of the parish. The council is made up of the pastor, trustees, administrator, parish council representative, and two dedicated lay people.

Buildings and Grounds

This committee is made up of people who work in the trades, architects, engineers and others whoare interested in maintaining and improving the church’s buildings, grounds, and St. Margaret’s Cemetery.

Investment Review

The committee members are legal and financial professionals who review and make recommendations on the investment portfolios of the parish endowments.

Financial Development

This ministry focuses on sacrificial giving and education on financial stewardship. The ministry members coordinate the annual fall pledge drive, including lay witness presentations, brochure development, and follow-up. Other areas include planned giving, bequests, estate planning, and fund drives.

St. Margaret’s Cemetery

St. Joseph Church owns and administers an 11 acre cemetery, located three miles south of the church, at the intersection of Shady Oak Road and Bren Road. Lots are available for parishioners of St. Joseph Church.
