This ministry focuses on sharing of time and talent within and outside of the parish community. Volunteers are a valued and integral part of the parish life. Members of this ministry are involved in assessing current needs in the parish, recruitment of volunteers through Ministry Fairs or other means, development of volunteer position descriptions, policies and procedures, risk management training, volunteer background checks, volunteer evaluation, record keeping and recognition.
