Care Center Ministry
Chapel View Care Center — Eucharistic Ministers lead a Word & Communion Service each Sunday for residents of the Chapel View Care Center. Residents unable to attend the Service receive Communion in their rooms. Escort ministers transport residents to and from the service. Mass is celebrated at the Care Center the first Tuesday of each month. Volunteers must be an approved Eucharistic Minister to lead the service.

Hopkins Care Center — Eucharistic Ministers lead a Word & Communion Service each Sunday for residents of the Hopkins Care Center. Residents unable to attend the Service receive Communion in their rooms. Mass is celebrated at the Care Center the third Tuesday of each month. Volunteers must be an approved Eucharistic Minister.
