HEALING MASS

St. Joseph Church hosts an Archdiocesan-wide Heal Mass every two months. The presider is a priest in the healing ministry, and the Mass is preceded by the Rosary. The Rosary is prayed at 7:00pm with the Healing Mass beginning at 7:30pm in the Church.

HOLY SPIRIT PRAYER GROUP

On the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month, at 7:00 p.m. in the Social Hall, the Holy Spirit Prayer Group gathers for prayer, praise, music, sharing and finding a closer relationship with Jesus by yielding to the Holy Spirit.

LEGION OF MARY

Members of the Legion of Mary meet weekly on Mondays for prayer and lead the rosary before each weekend Mass and after each weekday Mass. On the first Saturday of each month there is a devotion to Our Lady with a procession, followed by a breakfast in the social hall. Legion of Mary requires 2 hours of volunteer service a week and a devotion to Our Lady.

NOCTURNAL ADORATION

Eucharistic Adoration meets on the first Friday of each month. Four one-hour prayer groups gather between 8 p.m. until midnight. Participants pray the evening Liturgy of the Hours before the exposed Blessed Sacrament. Membership is open to men and women who are eager to enrich their prayer and Christian life by means of Eucharist.

WEDNESDAY ADORATION

Eucharistic Adoration begins after the 9:00 a.m. Mass on Wednesdays with exposition of the Blessed Sacrament. (Adoration starts later if there is a funeral.) All are welcome to come and pray during these hours. Benediction concludes the adoration at 5:30 p.m.

SEPARATED AND DIVORCED PRAYER GROUP

This group meets weekly on Wednesday evenings to pray and focus on healing and forgiveness in relationships. The group sponsors a family Sunday movie several times per year.
